Babies
Our baby room provides a small, homely and welcoming environment for our babies and their families.
The room is designed for babies to develop those important attachments with their key person. Together, we will focus on their personal social and emotional development as well as their communication, language and physical development. Our open plan baby room has been designed to provide lots of space for our Little Buttercups babies to explore, play and develop in a safe nurturing environment. Within the room is a cosy sleep area, a separate changing area and lots of natural daylight.
During your babies’ settling in period your key worker will work closely with you to ensure that your babies’ daily routine and needs are being followed and met.
The room includes several areas: comfy/cosy area, imaginary area, exploratory area and physical play area. Using these areas and our stimulating resources your key worker will follow the early years foundation stage to support your baby to grow and develop through play. Little Buttercup babies also enjoy lots of fresh air with outdoor play and walks around our lovely rural location.
